1. About the App

RBX Converter is a utility and entertainment app. Its main purposes include:

  • Calculating approximate Robux values from different currencies or amounts.
  • Providing currency conversion features.
  • Offering quizzes, and similar in-app experiences.

The App does not provide any functional access to Roblox, Robux, or any official Roblox services. All values are approximate and for informational and entertainment use only.

2. License to Use the App

You do not acquire any ownership rights in the App or the Content by using the App. You may not use our name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written permission.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use the App to attempt to cheat, hack, exploit, or interfere with Roblox or any other third-party service.

You are solely responsible for your use of the App and for any consequences of that use.

5. Parental Guidance and Age Requirements

The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If you make any purchases related to the App (for example, through the Google Play Store), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor in your country of residence. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and managing their child's use of the App and the Google Play Store.

6. Custom Chrome Tabs – Privacy Policy & Terms

Within our App, we use Custom Chrome Tabs (in-app browser) to display our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use. When you tap "Privacy Policy" or "Terms of Service" in Settings, the content opens in a Custom Chrome Tab. This provides a secure, familiar browsing experience within the App. The tab is used solely to present our legal documents to you.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Your use of any third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

  • You have violated these Terms.
  • Your use of the App creates risk or possible legal exposure for us.
  • We decide to discontinue the App in whole or in part.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms will end immediately. Certain provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the App, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

You use the App at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any calculations, estimates, or information provided by the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or content, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the App will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) to download or use the App.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update or modify the App from time to time, including by adding or removing features. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.

If you continue to use the App after the Terms have been updated, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
