If you would like to request deletion of your data collected by RBX Converter app, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion:

  2. Use subject line:
    "Data Deletion Request - RBX Converter"
  3. Include in your email:
    • Your device model
    • Approximate install date
    • Your device ID (if known)

What Data Will Be Deleted:

  • Device identifiers
  • Log and crash data
  • Analytics data
  • Install referrer data
  • IP address logs

Data Retention After Request:

After receiving your request, we will delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

Note: Some data may be retained if required by law.
